The beginning explores the same sort of sweeping motion down from ashes and the cloud and other materials. All moving diagonally from the top right corner to the left. A very interesting piece was the rubbish filled city. Each new scene seems to be introduced with specific stills, before the entire scene is presented to the viewer. Then a sequence of destruction follows, buildings, bridges and other structures topple and collapse. The debris and smoke create their own new form.
There is a slow progression from desolate lands to fully functioning and industrial landscapes. Bustling people, cars and lights. All contrasts from the scenes in the beginning.
