Reflection

This class opened up my mind to concepts and practices that I otherwise would not have experienced in my other classes. Typically, my schedule is filled with STEM classes that have a strict idea of right and wrong. Contrary to those classes, ART 004 tested my brain, creativity,  and stylistic abilities in a way they have never been before. My favorite project was the fingerprint construction project. I enjoyed this project the most because it was fascinating to see how something as simple as a fingerprint could be turned into a piece of art/model. Looking at my fingerprint from an artistic viewpoint, but also through an architectural lens when we created a tangible model was very exciting. Taking that model further and imagining how it could be if it were truly built into a building was something I very much enjoyed because I have always found architecture interesting. I will look back at the lessons I learned from this specific project and entirety of the class and use these concepts in the future. Thank you for a great semester, I thoroughly enjoyed this class.
